At Statemeds, we strive to ensure that your experience with our service is smooth and satisfactory. This Refund and Cancellation Policy outlines the terms and conditions regarding cancellations, returns, and refunds for orders placed through our platform.

1. Order Cancellation

Before Dispatch:

You may cancel your order any time before the medication is dispatched by contacting our customer support team. If your order is successfully cancelled before dispatch, you will receive a full refund.

After Dispatch:

Once the order has been dispatched, cancellations are not possible. You may still initiate a return depending on the conditions outlined below.

2. Return Policy

Due to the nature of prescription medication, returns are only accepted under the following conditions:

Incorrect or Damaged Items:

If you receive the wrong medication or if the product arrives damaged, please notify us within 24 hours of delivery. We will arrange a return or exchange at no additional cost to you.

Expired Products:

In the unlikely event that you receive expired medication, please contact us immediately. We will replace the expired product or offer a full refund.

NonReturnable Items:

Medications once opened or used cannot be returned for safety reasons. Nonprescription items like wellness products may be eligible for returns, subject to our discretion.

3. Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will notify you of the status of your refund.

Refund Timeframe:

Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days of receiving the returned item.

Refund Method:

Refunds will be credited back to the original payment method used at the time of purchase. In case of Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be made via bank transfer or store credit.

4. NonRefundable Items

The following items are not eligible for refunds:

Opened or Partially Used Medications:

For safety reasons, we cannot accept returns or process refunds for medications that have been opened or partially used.

NonEligible NonPrescription Items:

Certain healthcare products, once opened, may not be eligible for return or refund due to hygiene concerns.

5. Cancellation by Statemeds

In rare cases, Statemeds reserves the right to cancel an order if:

  • The medication is out of stock.

  • The prescription is not valid or has been tampered with.

  • There is a discrepancy in the delivery address or other critical information.

In such cases, you will be notified, and a full refund will be processed.
